I originally trained as an Educational Psychologist in South Africa. Once I entered the workplace, I became increasingly interested in the role that work plays in our psychological well-being. This led me towards occupational health psychology and to supporting people in finding greater balance, resilience and fulfilment in their working lives.

Over the past 20 years, I have worked with people facing many different challenges — from stress, burnout and difficulties at work to career questions, life transitions and finding a healthier balance between work and personal life. My approach is warm and professional, creating space for reflection and understanding while always focusing on helping you grow, move forward and make meaningful changes in your life.

My international background has also shaped the work I do. Having lived and worked in different countries, I understand both the opportunities and the challenges that can come with adapting to a new culture, finding your place and building a life away from home. Working with expats and internationals is an area close to my heart.

I believe that having a space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood can make it easier to see things from a fresh perspective. For me, the most rewarding part of this work is helping people reconnect with what matters to them and make changes that contribute to greater well-being, both at work and in life.
